Modern logistics and industrial space is in high demand in the immediate urban area of Berlin. The new Panattoni Park Berlin East in south-east Berlin has come at just the right time. The site is located directly on Berlin’s A10 motorway and the B1 main road towards Poland and Berlin. fabrikon completed the project for Panattoni.
Certified efficiency
Nine dock levellers and a spacious covered area of approx. 700 m² for lateral loading and unloading of trucks ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
The logistics property also fulfils the requirements of the German federal subsidy for efficient buildings (BEG-55) and is certified with the Gold standard according to the criteria of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). The entire roof of the 10,000 square metre hall is equipped with a solar power system.
