The new building was constructed on a brownfield site following the demolition of an existing property. The facility is prepared for solar power installation and is equipped with an air-to-water heat pump in combination with underfloor heating for the office and social areas. It fulfils the requirements of the federal subsidy for efficient buildings (BEG-40) and has been awarded BREEAM certification with an excellence rating of very good.

Reduced construction time

Thanks to efficient processes and good cooperation with the client and business partners, the construction process was accelerated so that the handover of the building keys to Logicor could take place early.
