21,000 m² of warehouse space in the heart of Europe

The project was completed by fabrikon for the project developer Hillwood in just seven months from the start of construction to turnkey handover. The logistics property has 21 000 m² of warehouse and order picking space, a 1 780 m² storage mezzanine and 590 m² of office space.

Despite the supply and material shortages in the second year of the pandemic, the construction phase was completed on time. The Friedrichsfeld industrial area is centrally located and connects the most important German cities on the north-south and east-west axes via two motorway junctions in the heart of Europe. The new logistics facility is just a stone’s throw away from the Kirchheim intersection and the A7, A5 and A4 motorways in all directions.
