The commercial and industrial property with mezzanine office and storage space in two units was built on a brownfield site with excellent access to the A2 motorway.

Thanks to a well-organised construction process with precise scheduling, on-schedule material deliveries and, above all, reliable contractors, we were able to complete the challenging civil engineering work within the planned timeline and achieve a construction period of 25 weeks from ground-breaking.

Internationally recognised ESG criteria were observed in the new construction project. It also fulfils the requirements of the Gold Standard of the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council).
