Our largest logistics construction project to date was built in the Mecklar-Meckbach industrial area near Bad Hersfeld.

The total of 86 500 m² of hall space, 7 000 m² of mezzanine area and 3 000 m² of office and social space are spread over two buildings. 90 dock levellers and 14 ground level sectional doors are available for loading and unloading trucks between the two buildings. The multi-user property can be divided into 9 units of 10 000 m² each.

Good connections to the A4, A5 and A7 motorways and the B27 main road make this region near Bad Hersfeld, Bebra and Rotenburg on Fulda attractive for all kinds of business.

ESG and sustainability are a matter of course

Internationally recognised ESG criteria were observed in the new construction project. It has been awarded DGNB Gold certification from the German Sustainable Building Council. The roof is prepared for a photovoltaic solar plant to generate up to 9.7 MW of electricity.
